An Open Heart - Abundance

What does self affinity have to do with Abundance?

Why would we want to have an open heart?
What does an open heart have to do with Abundance?
When we get out of resistance to ourselves - everyone else does too. It becomes easier for people to invite you to co-create.
“Real” fertile, constructive, clear communication can begin.
All the energy tied up in resisting who you really are dissolves …… allowing you to really connect with your body, the planet, the cosmos, and the divine within.
Suddenly you are aligned with the great co creators, and the sky is your limit.
When we are divided against ourselves in the heart space - when we are already in resistance to who we are - there is fear in the heart space: fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of pain - and many other shapes of fear.
When we are in a place of self-affinity - there is integrity, love and “wholeness” in the heart space. It becomes so much less dangerous to be wrong - and to let other people have their mistakes and imperfection too.
This is a wonderful point of departure for communication - because there is so much more space for honest and real exchange. You are no longer making it difficult for the other person to feel less than perfect, and you are no longer seeing yourself as needing to present and image of perfection.
This space of acceptance makes it easier for you and “the other” to share their gifts, their love and their creativity with you.
Co-creators will find it easier to “see” you and thereby find you - manifesting becomes easier - and life becomes more joyful because you are already in your heart space.
Your heart space is connected to the heart of the universe - the love that never runs out - there is nothing to lose and everything to gain.
A few ideas:
1. Set the intention to accept, love and appreciate yourself exactly as you are.
2. Use your Imagination: picture how you would look and feel staying in your heart space while communicating.
3. Imagine not knowing the right answer in a situation - and finding it amusing, laughing and allowing the other person to be generous to you, finding nothing wrong in the situation.
4. Imagine one example where you didn’t speak from your heart, and re-experience it with your imagination - speaking from your truth, and feeling calm while doing it.
5. Practice by imagining the sensation in the body of feeling a loving state - a place of complete self-affinity - a sense of amusement that everything is fine and that you are “enough” exactly as you are.

Future menu Kale
Posted by Justin Field on 2015.04.15
Its a busy time here at casa sana as far as the garden goes . lots of seeds and plantells need special attention . One of my favourite things on the menu is Red kale a nutritional powerhouse filled with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Not to mention, rich in chlorophyll which alkalizes the blood and contain fiber which keeps the GI healthy and happy. Cruciferous leafy greens (kale, mustard greens, collard greens, cabbage, broccoli) may be some of the best when it comes to dark leafy greens.
Maybe you will get to taste the fruits of my labour up here on the mountain top eco retreat Casa sana , where i provide a full menu based on your nutritional needs .
saludos !

Most of the toxins in your body are created by the food you eat, so it can be a very good idea to give all your organs a break by giving them a few days where you don’t eat a lot of food that makes your system have to work hard to digest.
There are many forms of detoxes, it can be from a day, up to weeks of not eating or just eating very little and very healthy to give your system a chance to flush the bad stuff out. There are many good ways to supplement the detox, such as massage, breath work, yoga, sauna and steaming. It is a very intense treatment and it is very challenging both mentally and physically, so it is advisable to do a detox with a professional guide.
Many people prefer doing the detox on a retreat because often it is easier to be on a strict diet if you are in a new environment away from your own fridge and all your bad habits. On a retreat you will also have all the support you need to overcome the challenges you meet and to get the treatments that help your system detox faster and ease the discomfort.
Detoxing your body has a lot of effects and it is possible that the first three days you feel very uncomfortable. You can feel hung-over because you are de...
